All user-entered data — including height, weight, body fat measurements, age, activity inputs, and weekly progress logs — is stored exclusively inside your browser's local storage (localStorage). This data is never uploaded, transmitted, or synchronized to external servers. It stays entirely on your physical device.
2. Analytics & Cookies
We do not load invasive tracking cookies or session replays. To serve relevant ads and keep this platform free, we may integrate third-party ad networks (like Google AdSense) which place their own cookies to limit ad frequency and measure performance.
3. Your Data Rights
Because your data is stored locally in your browser, you retain absolute ownership and control. You can view, modify, or permanently delete all saved entries at any time by clearing your browser cache, resetting local logs in the dashboard database tools, or using developer tools.
