Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the BodyCompOS platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated modification date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Permitted Use & User Restrictions
BodyCompOS is provided solely for personal, non-commercial, educational use. You may use the calculators, strategy finder, progress logs, and charts to estimate body composition metrics, plan nutritional targets, and track your personal fitness journey. You may not: (1) use BodyCompOS to provide professional coaching, clinical, or dietary services to others for compensation without express permission, (2) scrape or programmatically download calculator outputs or content from the platform, or (3) attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our proprietary strategy recommendation algorithms for competing commercial use.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Calculations
BodyCompOS provides all calculators, tools, and content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. All calculations, recommendations, and projections are mathematical estimates derived from population-average formulas and self-reported inputs. We do not warrant that the calculations will meet your specific physiological requirements, be 100% accurate for your individual body structure, or guarantee specific physical results. You acknowledge that individual metabolic rate, genetics, training history, and lifestyle factors can cause actual outcomes to vary significantly from estimates.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BodyCompOS, its operators, creators, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its calculations. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BodyCompOS and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your reliance on calculator outputs for medical, physical, or dietary decisions.
Intellectual Property & Attribution
All designs, custom code, mathematical models, text guides, and logo designs on BodyCompOS are the intellectual property of BodyCompOS and are protected by copyright laws. You may share screenshots of your dashboard or quote small sections of our guides for personal use, social media, or educational discussions, provided that you include a clickable link and clear attribution to BodyCompOS. Reproduction of substantial portions of our code or content for commercial websites is strictly prohibited.
